Project Manager - Integrations
Looking for a Project Manager that can help C suite stakeholders to deliver valued transformational change. You will be integrating small to medium organisations into a Group Function. A diverse role that captures People, Change, IT, Finance, HR, Strategy but there will be other workstreams identified dependant on the acquisition. Any experience delivering in the Facilities Management arena would be beneficial. Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is also nice to have. Majoring on business integration, post-acquisition
Must have Project Management, project process, finance and project reporting is a key part of the role. Governance / Control and Stakeholder Management and be prepared to have sensitive and at times difficult conversations. Performing all aspect around onboarding a company and helping execute the 100 day integration plan. The initial work would be around Integration of IT and Finance Systems and Processes but I am looking for someone who has experience across the value chain.
You would worked in a similar role in the past. Ideally have worked in fast paced environment and understand what it takes to merge organisations in a timely and efficient fashion.
This role is a hybrid role however you would be expected to be on the road 3 days a week in peak times. So base is around the Midlands for ease of travel as and when.
