Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with valid SC clearance to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be working with a government agency managing office refurbishment projects and overseeing asset replacement schemes across the North West and Midlands regions.

This role is crucial in ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage office refurbishment and asset replacement projects from initiation through to completion.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, government standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Address any issues or risks that may arise during the course of the project.
Requirements:
Valid SC clearance (Security Check) is essential for this role.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in office refurbishment and/or asset replacement.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations.
Familiarity with government or public sector project delivery.
Contract Details:
Duration: 8-10 weeks
Inside IR35
Location: North West & Midlands, with travel as required to different sites.
