About the Role:

My client is looking for an established Project Manager with experience working with heavy civils contracts to contribute to a high profile infrastructure project based in the Midlands. This project will be focussed around building pumping stations worth up to 14 million.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports for financial forecasting, monitoring and control of project cost
  • Delivery of projects from design to handover
  • Interfacing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with estimating, surveying and health/environment departments
  • Key point of contact for clients for project progress
  • Set the highest example for Health and Safety Requirements

About You:

  • Experience working with high profile heavy civils and FRC (Fibre Reinforced Concrete)
  • Knowledge of NEC contract writing including Early Warning and Compensation Event Mechanisms
  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering - Relevant on site experience also consider
