Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: Birmingham / Midlands
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance
Are you an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked in social housing or external wall installation managing more than 1 scheme at a time? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Project Manager.
Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Car allowance or company car, including travel expenses

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 2-3 projects simultaneouslyworking closely with Site Managers
- Work is all EWI (external wall insulation) solar panel and window and door replacements
- Manage the client relationshipattend meetings
- Oversee quality control and ensurethe site programmeis followed
- Working with the Quantity Surveyor ensure site is completed within budget
- Produce progress reports to the client and senior management

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience managing severalschemes
- Sector: social housing and EWI experience preferred
- Education:SMSTS, CSCSand NVQ level 6 preferred
- Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
- License: Valid UK driving license
