About the role of Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

  • Liaise with teams of contractors, direct construction labour and the senior team to ensure seamless project completions.
  • Develop and maintain working client relationships.
  • Adhere to compliance throughout the project.

Requirements for Project Manager

  • Previous experience in a Project Management role (ideally Social Housing)
  • CSCS Card
  • UK Driving Licence
