Jobsworth Recruitmentare seeking a highly motivated and experiencedProjectManagerto join our client based inBirmingham. The idealCandidate must hold NVQ 6 or above (Black CSCS Card) SMSTS and hold a full UK drivers licence with own transport and have Commercial Roofing experience.
Location- Birmingham
Salary- 40,000 to 50,000 per year, plus company pension
Hours- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Smartsheet and Visio to monitor progress.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation while managing project budgets effectively.
- Utilise systems like SAS and SharePoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through platforms like Confluence.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance against objectives and implement necessary adjustments.
- Apply SAFe methodologies to enhance project delivery processes and improve team collaboration.
- Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry including Commercial Roofing
- NVQ Level 6 or above (Black CSCS Card) SMSTS is advantageous for this role
- Full UK drivers licence with own transport is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Visio, SAS, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
