Project Manager // Birmingham/Hybrid // SC Cleared // 18 months // 440/day (Umbrella)

REED Technology are working with a client in Birmingham who require a Project Manager to support the Transition Manager in delivering two strategic initiatives

1. Transitioning service management operations to a new provider.
2. Improving service management maturity and optimising service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and maintain detailed project plans.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare reports.

Skills:

• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Service Management projects within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).
• Project management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or Agile).
• Experience in IT service transitions and service management maturity improvement projects.
• Experience in public sector or critical national infrastructure environments.

Vetting Level:

• Level C vetting required.
