Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 75,000 per annum (Negotiable)
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take the lead on large-scale residential developments? We are working with a national five star housebuilder seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality housing developments in the West Midlands.
You'll be managing residential projects ranging from 4 to 5 bedroom homes, with developments of up to 160 units.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the delivery of projects on time and within the agreed budget.
- Provide oversight for company and sub-contract teams in order to facilitate the successful completion of projects on time and in budget
- Manage quality issues to ensure that the standards specified by the client are met
- If on site, daily progress reporting
- Work tightly within the client contract and ensure that all contractors have clear scopes of work. Ensure that any changes or delays by the client are communicated internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the residential housing sector
- Track record of delivering medium to large-scale developments
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
- Full UK driving licence
