This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing construction company who work on a variety of interesting projects in the commercial sector where you will have consistent long-term work and full support on both internal and external training opportunities.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience managing multiple commercial projects at once? Do you want to join a growing construction company who have consistent work for years to come, who also look to continually train and develop their staff?

This growing construction company specialise in the construction of commercial projects in and around the Midlands. With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. With a strong focus on quality throughout the whole process has coincidentally found them solid success as of late and has resulted in a strong workbook for the next coming years. This is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.

In this role you will have a number of responsibilities, including directly working with the Directors to create and manage programs for projects. Whilst projects are on going you will directly communication with the Site Manager to help solve any problems as they arise. As well as being the point of contact with clients so you can effectively communicate the progress of the projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be visiting sites to manage subcontractors and ensure projects are running smoothly so that quality and health and safety are up to standards.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experience professional with a plethora of knowledge, so you are able to offer support and mentor junior members of the team, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel their sites across the Midlands.
