Tradeline are seeking a client side Project Manager for an established and growing construction consultancy, specialising in refurbishment and fit-out work.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, currently seeking a Project Manager to join them, reporting into Northampton 2 days a week, with the rest of the week hybrid working.
As Project Manager you will be working on projects across fit-out and refurbishment nationwide, covering private and public sector works within Care Homes, Commercial, Governmental, Education andHigh-End housing.
You will be responsible for the full project delivery ofthese schemes, managing a multiple of projects at different stages on behalf of the client.
Candidate
- Ability to manage projects independently from inception to handover.
- Able to act on behalf of the client and lead the various teams associated with the project.
- Able to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
- Client side or Consultancy experience preferred.
- Able to travel
- A relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc.is required.
- Professional and able to lead site, client meetings.
