Thorn Baker's Multiple Award-Winning client is looking for a Project Manager to join a brand new timber frame development in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a company which values integrity, caring, and quality in every area. This project consists of several phases - timber frame houses and 4- storey apartments.

The Role:

  • To project manage a number of complex projects, from inception through to handover to business.
  • Ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality and cost parameters
  • To develop, streamline and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation.
  • Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
  • Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
  • Identify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
  • Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and take ensure any issues are corrected immediately.

About you:

  • NVQ Level 6
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Driving License
  • PLC House Building experience
  • Timber frame experience (desired)
