Birmingham (Commutable from Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Bromsgrove, Redditch).

40,000-56,000 + Monday to Friday + Company Car + Fuel card + Office/Field Based + Enhanced Pension + Private Healthcare + Bonus.

This company specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems. They are seeking an ambitious Project Manager with experience in fire sprinklers, eager to grow and develop within the organisation.

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role with regular site visit across the UK. The Key responsibility of this position includes, site surveys, procurement of labour and equipment, liaise with clients and suppliers, manage cost control and contracts, and assist with testing and commissioning.

The Role:

  • 50/50 Office and Site Based.
  • Project Management of Fire sprinkler systems Across the UK.
  • Monday - Friday, 9am5pm.
  • Limited Stay away from home.
  • Maintain and produce all relevant documentation.

The Individual:

  • 5+ years Project Management experience.
  • Experience working with fire sprinklers.
  • Good understanding of costing and procurement.
  • CSCS card (Black or gold preferred).
  • Within a commutable distance to Birmingham site.
