Are you a Projects Manager with knowledge of HVAC looking to step into a Contracts Manager role where you will be integral to the running of the company with rapid progression opportunities, a company car and annual bonuses?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing, close-knit company that has over 35 years of experience designing complete Building Management Systems. They are looking to continue their organic growth over the coming years by further adding to their current list of clients.
In this role you will be integral to the running of the company, liaising with the current client base, while holding discussions with new clients to secure contracts. You will be responsible for consulting with the commissioning team and subcontractors while working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team responsible for all current and future projects from start to finish.
This role would suit a Projects Manager from a HVAC background looking to take the step into a Contracts Manager role where you will be integral to the running of the company, with company bonuses, progression opportunities and a company car.
The Role:
- Liaising with current Clients and Subcontractors
- Holding discussions with new clients to secure contracts
- Consulting with commissioning team and subcontractors throughout projects
- 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
