Senior Project Manager/ Associate Director (Construction and Real Estate)

MIDLANDS AND SOUTH BIRMINGHAM

To £75k plus car allowance, bonus and benefits package

Following a significant growth period in new and repeat business, and a particularly positive 12 months, we are looking for an Associate Director or Senior Project Manager to join the Midlands team of one of the leading Real Estate Consultancys in the UK, to deliver new build, fit out and refurbishment projects across a wide range of sectors.

This team are enjoying a real exciting phase of growth so youll benefit from access to a huge network of blue chip and global clients, on some mega projects, as well as being rewarded with a healthy bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Taking a leading role for the day to day delivery of Project Management duties

Work with own initiative whilst maintaining effective communication with the wider team

Manage the direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects

Manage internal and external project teams (consulting and contracting)

Manage the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

Manage the compilation of tender documents and critical review of tender returns, contract negotiations, client reporting

Participate in the development and management of project documentation, fee schedules, programmes, risk schedules and master budget

Track project deliverables

Manage the Client relationships throughout the project cycle

Attend industry events and activities as a representative of the company

Person Specification/Requirements

MRICS or MAPM (Project Management or Building Surveying).

Pre and post contract experience managing Fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects across a range of sectors up £25m.

Must have experience of having worked in a Consultancy background in a property or real estate business.

Experience in Project Management/Employers Agent/Contract Administration.

Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams of consultants including technical, design and operational teams both pre and post-acquisition.

Strong and current understanding of industry standard specifications, design, procurement and industry trends.

Experience in running and managing robust technical due diligence projects at pre-acquisition
