The successful Construction Project Manager will:
- Lead logistics-related construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- A degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Previous experience managing Logistics or Industrial projects
- Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
- Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) or currently working towards
