Senior NEC Project Manager

My client is a globally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently in the process of expanding its current operations in Birmingham by making additions to their Infrastructure team.

They're currently looking to obtain an experienced Senior Project Manager with an extensive understanding of the NEC contracts to join their business and play a central role in some of the most innovative projects in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Project Management Commissions, overseeing complete service delivery from start to finish.
  • Assisting in significant Project Management Commissions, managing specific aspects of service delivery.
  • Ensuring client objectives are achieved, projects meet deadlines and budgets and adhere to quality standards.
  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure projects and/or programme management, preferably within a consultancy setting.
  • Preferably chartered/qualified or working towards RICS, APM etc.
  • Knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities is required.
  • Significant experience and a working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts is required.
