Senior Project Manager

Our client is a well-established project management firm looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead exciting public sector projects and are particularly seeking candidates with healthcare project management experience - modular build and refurbishment of Hospitals.

What you need to do to be effective in this role

• Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development
• Project Tendering
• Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required
• Experience within mixed use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking) and/or healthcare would be beneficial 
• Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project
• Experience of report writing
• Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development
• Managing project budgets and costs

The skills and experience you need to have for this role

•   BSc/MSc in a relevant Project Management / Surveying / Engineering related subject

•   Construction / Refurbishment projects experience

•   Experience of being the named NEC ECC Project Manager

•   NHS project delivery experience is a preference

Ideally one or a combination of the following qualifications:

•   MRICS

•   MCIOB

•   ChPP
