Senior Project Manager - Tier 1 Contractor - Birmingham

Senior Project Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work to lead the team on major design and build projects ranging from £10m to £100m.

The initial project includes building and refurbishment works to a major public sector building in Birmingham (£80m). The Senior Project Manager will lead the team on this project and report into the Operations Director.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Project Manager
- Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
- Experience managing construction sub-contractors
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the project team to deliver the scheme in a safe environment
- Ensure that CDM principles are being applied on the project
- Managing project stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage site delivery teams to ensure quality and programme

The Package:
- Great basic salary of £80,000 - £90,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,550)
- Performance related bonus (10%)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Site Manager to deliver D&B projects of £40m+.
