Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager is a key operational role within the Enterprise Change Team, responsible for the end-to-end management of specific projects within the transformation programme and other enterprise-wide initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting the strategic objectives of the broader transformation agenda.
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to manage project timelines, risks, and resources. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to successfully coordinate across sectors and ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
o Accountable for developing and managing multiple project plans, ensuring clarity around timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
o Monitor day-to-day project team activities to ensure progress is on track, adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks and keep the project within scope.
o Ensure all project workstreams are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe,)
o Lead the deliverables from Project Managers and Business Analysts ensuring work is delivered to
