I am partnering with a commercial real estate consultancy seeking to expand their general practice division by hiring a talented Property and Asset Manager. In this role, you will work closely with a variety of clients, overseeing all aspects of property management. You will join a well-established team dedicated to growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all landlord and tenant-related matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and covenant releases.
  • Provide hands-on management of service charge budgets, offering market advice and addressing any arising issues.
  • Oversee all facets of property management, including acquisitions, disposals, and general portfolio management.
  • Be involved in any strategic elements of the properties, including value add incentives.

The Candidate:

  • Possess at least 3 years of PQE experience in a commercial property management role. MRICS qualification is preferred, but candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
