- Handle Applications for Consent on behalf of clients with minimal supervision.
- Assist clients with Managed Exits, coordinating with FM and solicitors.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team on rent and service charge payments.
- Manage database updates and invoice approvals with the Property Administration Team.
- Liaise with landlords and third parties on minor issues, escalating when needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients on key task progress.
- Provide advice and support on property management matters.
- Assist the Estates Lead with reporting and ensure regular updates.
- Undertake basic tasks such as license renewals and internal agreements.
- Record minutes and actions during client meetings.
- Support the Estates Helpdesk with lease interpretation and liaising with FM suppliers.
