  • Liaise with landlords and third parties on minor issues, escalating when needed.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on key task progress.
  • Provide advice and support on property management matters.
  • Assist the Estates Lead with reporting and ensure regular updates.
  • Undertake basic tasks such as license renewals and internal agreements.
  • Record minutes and actions during client meetings.
  • Support the Estates Helpdesk with lease interpretation and liaising with FM suppliers.
