The Role: Head of Acquisitions – Property
Sector: F&B / Food Retail Property
Location: National – 1 day per month in HQ
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance
We are working with a well-established and growing F&B concept to find them their next Head of Property Acquisitions.
It is a very exciting time to join them as they look to add 10 new sites per year to their estate of 50+.
All about you and your new role:
A highly experienced senior leader who can create and sustainably deliver a pipeline of new location opportunities in line with the company's strategy. Negotiating leases, managing the legal processes through to completion, as well as leading the effective management of the existing property estate. Working as part of a highly collaborative leadership team driving forward Company growth
You will have experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercial, people focussed business. You will have proven experience of sourcing new high street properties throughout the country together with all the associated activities that are involved to meet tight deadlines.
You will bring with this a strong knowledge of commercial and property legal processes, property asset management and the ability to negotiate with Landlords and solicitors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
As a skilled communicator you will be adept with negotiating at senior management level, able to successfully deliver your strategy and positively engage and influence others throughout the business. Your drive to meet deadlines will mean you can successfully manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
You will naturally be self-confident, and with the energy, enthusiasm and intelligence to work in (and sometimes without) a framework of established processes and procedures.
