Job Title: Licensing Property Relationship ManagerLocation: Birmingham City CentreBasic Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)Monday to FridayI multi-branch and successful estate agent is seeking a candidate with a good knowledge of HMO's.The purpose of this role is to ensure that we maintain compliance in every aspect on any property that requires a license. This would include safety checks and certificates for the HMO / License properties are reviewed and up to date.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Review all safety checks/certificates for License properties
  • Arrange and oversee any associated remedial works to ensure they have been completed to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain a good level of Property Management technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain a good level of HMO knowledge
  • Understanding the different types of licenses and requirements affiliated with the licenses etc.
  • Liaise daily with Tenants, Contractors and Landlords to ensure maintenance is completed to an excellent standard and in a timely manner
  • Inspection of maintenance work post completion
  • Ensure that all databases are accurately maintained and regularly updated
  • Is able to navigate various external platforms including Fixflo, Kamma, MiProgramme and Goodlord •
  • Be able to handle Property Management complaints quickly avoiding formal escalation
