Portfolio Manager

Based Birmingham / Manchester or Edinburgh

My client is a leader in commercial real estate services with a dedicated team of portfolio management specialists who deliver significant change through estates transformation on behalf of both public and private occupiers.

The national team has an immediate requirement for a Portfolio Surveyor to assist with the delivery of estates management and commercial property transactions on behalf of a national client.

Key duties will include:

  • Ensuring the cost effective operational running of the client's portfolio.
  • Identify and drive cost savings for corporate occupiers.
  • Monitor income collection and tenant liaison for sublet properties.
  • Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties being vacated.
  • Ensure that compliance and statutory requirements are being upheld in respect of lease terms.

You will have previously worked in a general practice environment, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable managing /handling data with strong IT skills including Word and Excel. Candidates currently working towards their APC or AssocRICS will be given full consideration for these roles.
