GMP Recruitment is proud to be in partnership with a leading property management company renowned for its high-quality services and customer satisfaction based in the south Birmingham area. We are currently recruiting on their behalf for a Sales Negotiator to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract.This position operates on a standard weekly shift pattern of Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm.this position has a Competitive salary and commission package - OTE £33,500

Our client is a key player in the property management sector, managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks. They are looking to expand their team with a dedicated professional who can manage properties to the highest standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and a strong work ethic. You will be expected to generate viewings, conduct valuations, list properties for market, and liaise professionally with clients and prospective buyers. Sales Negotiator Main Duties:

  • Conduct property valuations and generate market listings.
  • Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective buyers.
  • Liaise with clients, maintaining a professional, respectful, and polite approach at all times.
  • Follow up on viewings and generate leads to help the office meet its targets.
  • Manage your own diary efficiently, ensuring an organised and structured approach.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Utilise IT systems effectively, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of residential blocks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.

Sales Negotiator Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in property listing and valuing.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and committed to achieving targets.
  • A passion for property and a desire to further your career with one of the Midlands’ leading estate agents.
