Senior Planner

Anderselite is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate services firm in Birmingham. We are looking for an Associate Planner to join a dynamic and growing team, contributing to high-profile projects and driving business development. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experts across various asset classes and work within a global, multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality results.
• Work closely with colleagues across different business areas and locations to drive new projects and share expertise.
• Support senior leadership in executing business strategies and representing the team in the market.
• Identify and contribute to new revenue streams, helping to expand integrated service offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience in planning and development, ideally at Senior Surveyor or Associate level.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
