Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual educational assessments and design tailored interventions to support positive educational development.

Requirements:
- A relevant postgraduate degree in Educational Psychology (or equivalent) with HCPC registration.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and young people, including writing and assessing Educational Health Care (EHC) plans.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, inclusion strategies, and excellent communication skills.
