Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual educational assessments and design tailored interventions to support positive educational development.
• Collaborate with schools and communities to shape educational policies and foster inclusive learning environments.
• Deliver professional development sessions to educational staff, sharing psychological strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

• A relevant postgraduate degree in Educational Psychology (or equivalent) with HCPC registration.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and young people, including writing and assessing Educational Health Care (EHC) plans.
• In-depth knowledge of educational policies, inclusion strategies, and excellent communication skills.
