An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to join a leading organisation as the Head of HR on an initial 6 months contract. This company, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, is seeking an individual who is passionate about people and dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture. The role is based in Birmingham where you will need to be 3 days working on site and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Manage performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as a Head of HR or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while driving change.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
