We are recruiting for a Triage lead to manage and develop the triage team. The post holder will be an engaging leader and will support a team of triage practitioners; providing clinical guidance, supervision and case management to enhance their experience at work and contribute towards their professional development. The role will suit a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with a minimum of two years’ experience in an IAPT setting.
What you'll do:
- To set and maintain standards of care in clinical triage and deploy, co-ordinate and supervise the triage team across the service to maintain effective and timely response to new referrals.
- To provide leadership and management to a team and support staff covering the triage function.
- To be responsible for the team's maintenance of client and other records
- To participate in the development of protocols and pathways to support self management, standardisation of clinical practice, and efficient use of resources.
