Hours: 20 hours per week either Monday - Thursday or Monday - Wednesday

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Business Administrator to help an Architectural company due to the growth of the business. Working in stunning recently refurbished open plan city centre offices and becoming an integral part of the team supporting the day-to-day administration for a team of 30. This rewarding role is an excellent opportunity supporting with tasks ranging from being the first point of contact to planning social events, this varied role is one of a kind.
Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact and meeting and greeting visitors
* Monitoring enquires
* Arranging team meetings and training
* Supporting Directors with dairy management and travel arrangements
* Maintaining company annual leave calendar and employee records
* Processing staff expenses
* Ordering of stationery and office supplies couriers
* Overseeing facilities maintenance
* Ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the Office / Team
Person Specification:
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
* Confident computer user, experience on Mac would be an advantage although is not essential
* Ability to manage own workload.
