Your new company

A legal firm under the leadership of the Director of Business Development & Marketing, supports the firm across Business Development, Bids, Marketing, Communications, and Events.This hands-on role focusses on producing and coordinating copy within a busy business development and marketing team. You'll work with specialists to develop client relationships, win new business, and maintain our position as go-to advisors. Participate in diverse marketing campaigns, enhancing the firm's visibility through thought leadership, PR, and external communications.

Your new role

  • Produce and edit creative marketing content (Insights, press releases, newsletters, case studies, social media).
  • Edit thought leadership pieces with lawyers, ensuring our tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on content pipelines. Lead communications-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a communications calendar in the firm's CRM (OnePlace).
  • Ensure online content is up-to-date with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Work with the Internal Communications Manager on key campaigns.
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists in CRM (OnePlace).
  • Lead award submissions.
  • Draft and review directory content with the Senior Business Development Executive.
  • Lead proactive PR campaigns, including finding opportunities, drafting copy, and tracking releases.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience

  • Relevant experience in marketing and communications.
  • Proven ability to write creative and engaging copy.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand and tone of voice, acting as a brand champion.
