Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to provide accurate and compliant information to clients, ensuring their financial needs are managed appropriately. This role involves working closely with advisers and para-planner's, as well as liaising with clients when needed. We’re looking for a driven and adaptable individual with acute business awareness who works well within a team and is keen to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes and handle regular administrative tasks in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support the Practice Director with required tasks and responsibilities.
  • Follow company ethos, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete work promptly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks to the business.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling the business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
  • At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (A*-C / 9-5).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and self-organisation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
