As market leader in their industry with an impressive portfolio of products, our client has recently gone through an exciting reorganisation which has resulted in them needing an ambitious and driven Senior Finance Business Partner. They are a forward-thinking business, and this role can be based remotely with an expectation of 1 day a week in the office.
The Role
A truly commercial role, you will partner with the business to provide critical insight and decision making to support commercial and operational stakeholders. You will challenge departmental forecasts, to ensure credibility, and work with senior stakeholders and the Board to identify opportunities to improve performance and increase profits. In an organisation where finance is highly thought of, you will be empowered to provide decision support and strategic direction to the stakeholders this role partners with.
The Person
This is a high profile role to ensure the business makes the right commercial decisions to support their continued growth and future ambition. You will work closely with a diverse range of senior stakeholders so our client is looking for an ambitious, confident character, professional in their approach with excellent communication skills. You will lead from the front and not be afraid to challenge the numbers or the decision-making process. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with strong academics and thrive in a role where you are dealing with senior stakeholders to aid business growth.
