About the opportunity:
- Act as the primary technical contact for various developments and manage technical information across multiple projects
- Report to the Senior Technical Manager
- Liaise with and advise internal departments on technical matters
- Ensure timely availability of technical information to support project deadlines
- Coordinate technical packages for planning and technical submissions
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide recommendations
- Monitor progress against project programmes
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical data is shared with relevant stakeholders
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 45k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
- Engineering technical experience, preferably from an architectural consultancy or developer background.
- Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction sector.
- Familiarity with fire remediation projects.
- Degree in relevant disciplines, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Proficient in IT skills.
