  • Oversee the daily operations of the credit control team
  • Coordinate and manage debt recovery and risk assessment
  • Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of financial operations

  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance
