SF Recruitment are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in procurement and administration within a supportive environment. £13.30ph (£26,000 per annum) On-site Monday-Friday Outskirts of Birmingham City Centre Working alongside a true procurement specialist Immediate start available Key Responsibilities: Entry level buying: Office stationery orders, Amazon orders etc. Manage purchase orders and supplier invoices Maintain accurate records of purchases and transactions Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies Support the team with various administrative duties as required Requirements: Proven experience in a purchasing or administrative role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (ESSENTIAL) Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal If you're ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment and interested in this position, please apply.
