Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join a leading Manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a keen analytical mind and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes. The Quality Coordinator will work closely with various departments to implement quality control measures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse data related to product quality and performance, providing actionable insights to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and ensure records are up-to-date.
Qualifications
  • 12months + experience within a Quality role, e.g. Junior Quality, Trainee Quality, Quality Coordinator, Quality Administrator etc.
  • Excellent people skills with a desire to grow.
  • Good I.T Skills.
