With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help us maintain and elevate our quality standards.

Job Description:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within our manufacturing operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address quality concerns.
  • Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality supervising within a manufacturing environment.
  • Some knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Salary/ Benefits/ working hours:
  • 45k- 50k per annum
  • Mon - Thu 7:30- 4:30pm
  • Fri 7:30am- 12:30pm
