Apprentice / Trainee Quantity Surveying role with a nationwide property consultancy, working out of our clients Birmingham office. This is a traditional PQS role requiring both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying experience. Our client has a varied workload, which includes both large new build developments, smaller refurbishments as well as some fund monitoring work with developers.

We're therefore looking for a current apprentice or trainee Quantity Surveyor, or a current undergraduate studying Quantity Surveying at university, wishing to transfer onto the apprentice Quantity Surveying programme. Any industry experience gained alongside your studies would be a distinct advantage but not a requirement. We are though looking for a committed and hard working approach and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly professional team of construction and property industry professionals.

You must also already be based within commuting distance of the role in Birmingham city centre and as some travel is required, you must have a full uk driving license.
