TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting one of our close housing partners to appoint an AssistantQuantity Surveyor on a 6months fixed term contract to support the commercial teamon new build resdiential projects in the West Midlands
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will helpmanagethe cost estimates and legal processes of new build developmentsas well as procurment onnew sites
Additional duties will see the Assitant Quantity Surveyor:
- Work with the Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors to establish the housing association client requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure that proposals will work
- Prepare and analyse estimated project costs and outcomes, whilst investigating and advising on alternative methods and options, to ensure the housing association receives best value for money through planning at design stage
- Undertake Value for Money analysis for proposed schemes
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junioror Assistant Quantity Surveyor with exposure of the construction sector delivering new build housing projectsfrom a commercial perspective to join one of the most recognised Housing Associations in the Country. CVR experience would also be advantageous.
