The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will step into a key leadership role within a thriving team of 50 professionals. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects across sectors such as Commercial Office, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, Student Accommodation, and Retail.

Based out of the vibrant Birmingham office, with the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days per week in the office), you will lead high-profile projects, acting as the face of the company in client interactions.

Your role will also encompass line management responsibilities, offering you the chance to shape and guide junior surveyors. If business development and networking pique your interest, this position offers ample opportunities to further hone these skills and contribute to the firm's growth.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• A strong Quantity Surveying background working within UK Construction Consultancies
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• The desire to manage junior team members and get involved in business development long term
