An award-winning and forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking a client-focused and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team.
The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will become part of a professional and dynamic team, working across a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects. These include residential, local authority, education, and care home developments, covering both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging from 2m to 30m.
This role offers a varied workload, encompassing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employer's Agent responsibilities. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee projects from inception to completion while leading and mentoring a team.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step into a Director-level role, gaining increased managerial responsibility and playing a key part in the development of the business.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or actively working towards
- Successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
- Experience within a consultancy environment
- A career-driven, team-focused individual, with an interest in managing teams
- Employer's Agent or Project Management experience is beneficial but not crucial
