An award-winning renewable technology company and energy consultancy are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position to work from their home with some travel across the UK as and when required.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 p.a. + Excellent Benefits including Car Allowance, Pension and Private Health Care
Location: Remote with UK Travel
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director and working closely with the other areas of the business your role will involve:
- Promoting, performing and enforcing Health and Safety culture.
- Managing all assigned site-based activities.
- Motivating team members and maintain positive work environments.
- Ensuring multiple projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Ensuring the predicted energy saving measures are delivered on time and to the required standards.
- Maintaining excellent relationship with company clients and suppliers.
- Problem solving site and operational challenges to remain in project.
The Person
Essential
- A real desire to build relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience / interest in energy saving technologies.
- Experience in Health and Safety (including legislation) ·
- Full driver’s license and willing to travel (UK Only).
- Methodical and well organised.
- Able to self-motivate and confident in work remotely.
- Excellent communication skills to all business level.
- Confident with numerical data.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, MSP.
