Our client is a specialist interior contractor that work on projects within the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
- Conduct detailed take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.
- Manage project costs, from initial calculations to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information.
- Provide financial reporting, including cost control and cash flow forecasting.
- Assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, ideally within interior fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
