What You Will Do:

- Support project managers in forecasting costs, conducting site visits, and managing financial or contractual issues.
- Implement risk management strategies and provide financial advice to minimize project risks.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional membership in relevant bodies (e.g., RICS or CIOB) is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in the retail shopfitting or construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
