Description

In this role you will manage project cost for your area of responsibility including management of external quantity surveying resource both fitout & capital. You will lead regular cost activities for the development team, identify trends and advise on activities to help reduce and remove cost and waste while maintaining relationships with Heads of Development, Building Development Manager, and the development supply chain.
