Qualifications
Relevant professional Quantity Surveying qualification and/or five years of management experience within the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day commercial and contract activities.
- Preparation of interim and final accounts.
- Subcontract procurement maximizing value for money .
- Working knowledge of NEC 3 and JCT conditions of Contract.
- Contractual correspondence.
- Commerical reporting.
- Ability to undertake site measures when required.
- Work logically and laterally.
