Our client is a respected fit-out contractor known for delivering high-quality, fast-track projects across sectors like hospitality, retail, healthcare, and premium residential. They’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can bring expertise in both general construction and specialized fit-out.
About the Role
- Handle tendering, quotations, and subcontract negotiations
- Submit and manage bids
- Conduct site visits to validate tender documents
- Assess project variations and design changes
- Manage client and supplier relationships
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years in fast-track fit-out
- Must be free to travel e.g. Exeter, Birmingham, Central London, Bristol and Cambridge
- Knowledge of joinery and fit-out processes
- Client-facing and site visit experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, analytical, and communication skills
