The role involves working on prestigious design and build projects across The Midlands, with the company recognized for delivering award-winning developments.
Candidates should have experience managing sub-contractor variations, working with building contractors, and dealing with final accounts, along with an industry-related qualification.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, along with a company car or allowance, pension, healthcare, and a performance-related bonus.
To qualify for the higher salary, applicants must demonstrate a successful track record as a Quantity Surveyor on projects valued between £3 million and £10 million.

Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham

Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across The Midlands region.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
- Formulate Subcontract Tenders
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs
