A dynamic, fast-growing Construction and Property Consultancy are looking for a client-facing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.
Operating out of three strategic offices, this highly reputable firm has established a strong presence across the Birmingham market.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
Joining a Quantity Surveying team of 6, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a supportive, flexible, and dynamic company culture, with continuous opportunity for professional development.
In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will support a diverse and exciting pipeline of projects across various sectors, including industrial, offices, education, student accommodation, ecclesiastical, listed buildings and public. Project values typically range from 300k to 60m.
With exciting growth plans in place, this is a fantastic time to join this consultancy, with the unique opportunity to play a crucial role in these goals, while working towards a Senior level role.
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be able to work autonomously as well as enjoy working within a friendly and team-focused environment.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Varied sector experience is preferred
